Comedian Adam Carolla brings his popular live podcast, “The Adam Carolla Show,” to Treasure Island Theatre for one night only on February 21 at 9 p.m.
The show will feature Carolla with co-hosts Alison Rosen and Bald Bryan performing fan favorite segments including “Blah Blah Blog,” “GayWalking” and “The News” featuring pictures and video of the most current news topics. Also headliner Jo Koy.
Carolla co-hosted the syndicated radio program “Loveline” from 1995 to 2005, as well as the show’s television version on MTV from 1996 to 2000. He was the co-host of the popular Comedy Central series “The Man Show” from 1999 to 2004, and a regular performer on “Crank Yankers” from 2002 to 2007. Carolla has also appeared on several reality shows including “Dancing with the Stars” and “Celebrity Apprentice.”

Boulder Theatre was built in 1932 during the construction of Hoover Dam and operated as a movie theatre until it could no longer compete with the new, modern movie theaters in Las Vegas. When it closed, Desi purchased the theatre and converted it into a live theatre where BCBC performs and where Desi has produced many shows including: “Ricci, Desi & Billy” (a new version of Dino, Desi & Billy), “An Evening with Linda Purl”, Torme’ Sings Torme’, “The Legacy of Laughter”, “An Evening with Lucille Ball” (starring Suzanne LaRusch as Lucille Ball), Michael Johnson, “A Tribute to Dean Martin” (by Ricci Martin), “Dam Short Film Festival”, “Chautauqua”, “The Nutcracker”, “Sleeping Beauty”, “Swan Lake”, annual children’s dance recitals from Dance Etc. and many more shows. Haley Arnaz is his wife’s child from her first marriage and Desi adopted her when they married in 1987. Desi also has an older daughter, Julia, who lives on the east coast. Recently, Desi has performed “Babalu” (a show dedicated to the music of his father) with his sister Lucie Arnaz in NYC, Miami and in Washington D.C. at the Library of Congress. Legendary Vocalist Chuck Negron, formerly of Three Dog Night, and Desi Arnaz Jr. guests on Las Vegas Backstage Talk with Comedian Michele LaFong.
Among Three Dog Night’s biggest hit songs featuring Negron’s soulful, four-octave range and unique vocal styling: “Joy To The World,” “Easy To Be Hard,” “Old-Fashioned Love Song” and “Jeremiah Was A Bullfrog,” which appeared on the multi-Grammy nominated and 1971 Record Of The Year “Joy To The World.”
“Am I Still In Your Heart” was Negron’s first solo release in 1995, followed by a Christmas release of “Joy To The World” in 1996. Negron spent two years writing his book “Three Dog Nightmare” and recorded the accompanying soundtrack CD “The Long Road Back.” His fourth solo effort “Chuck Negron – Live In Concert” recorded at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas was released in 2001 and the original song “Took Me Under” was nominated in 2002 for a PRISM Award for Best Song. In 2005, Negron released “The Chuck Negron Story: Biography of an Entertainer,” which won several awards including the 2006 PRISM “Video to Production” Award.

the fiery vocalist, multi-instrumentalist and songwriter dubbed “the new queen of bluegrass” by the Wall Street Journal – is set to release her new two-disc album Only Me on January 28, 2014. In addition to receiving an unprecedented seven consecutive “Female Vocalist of the Year” awards from the International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA), being named IBMA’s 2001 “Entertainer of the Year,” and being the co-author of the 2004 IBMA “Song of the Year,” Vincent was nominated for a 2006 Grammy® award for “Best Bluegrass Album” for Ragin’ Live, as well as a double nomination in 2007 for “Best Bluegrass Album” for All American Bluegrass Girl, along with “Best Country Collaboration with Vocals” for Midnight Angel featuring Bobby Osborne.

The original Urban Cowboy Mickey Gilley will bring his country hits to the establishment bearing his name – Gilley’s Saloon, Dance Hall & Bar-b-Que – January 29 through February 1 at 7:30 p.m. each evening.
Gilley’s Saloon, Dance Hall & Bar-B-Que, pays homage to the very successful Gilley’s Club in Pasadena, Texas which was known as the “world’s largest honky-tonk.” Gilley’s Club was a launching pad for some of country music’s biggest stars and the dominating force behind the cowboy craze that swept the country in the early ’80s, following the release of John Travolta’s hit movie, “Urban Cowboy,” which was filmed in the nightclub.
Gilley appeared in and performed numerous songs on the soundtrack for “Urban Cowboy.” Prior to his role in the movie, he had a string of consecutive No. 1 hits in the mid 70’s with “Room Full of Roses,” “I Overlooked an Orchid,” “City Lights,” Window Up Above,” “Don’t The Girls All Get Prettier At Closing Time” and “Bring It On Home To Me.”
