We’ll find out more about Don’s USO shows and touring company and what it was like to perform for our troops in Afgahnistan, Bosnia and other military posts throughout the world. Don Barnhart is currently appearing at The Clarion Hotel & Casino on Convention Center Drive, Tuesday thru Sunday, at 7:30 pm. Don started as the manager, emcee and talent coordinator of The Comedy & Magic Club in Hermosa Beach, Calif. We’ll find our what it was it like to work with Jerry Seinfeld, Jay Leno, Jim Carey and other comedy legends that performed there?

Our next guest has been compared to Ella Fitzgerald, Phyllis Hyman and Sara Vaughan. Liza Gay sings classic soul, R&B, jazz, pop and funk. May 31, 2011: Great News for “Las Vegas Backstage Now!”

“Las Vegas Backstage Now,” hosted by Michele LaFong and Bob Cummings, currently Las Vegas Backstage Talk Radio Show with Comedian Michele LaFong, has been airing on 970 KNUU AM, and worldwide on the Internet on Tuedays, from 6:05-7pm Pacific Time, weekly, only for only three weeks since 970 KNUU AM “picked up” our show from 1230 KLAV AM.

The response to “Las Vegas Backstage Now,” from KNUU’s audience has been so good that 970 KNUU AM will be re-airing several of our recent shows every night this week thru June 3rd from 6:05-7pm Pacific Time.

Kaci Machacyk is a veritable Jill of all trades. Or at least, a lot of trades. She has a Bachelor’s in Film Production as well as a purple belt in Tae Kwon Do. She studied Shakespeare with the British American Drama Academy in Oxford, England. She recorded her first original song at 15. She can name almost any dog breed on sight. She won a Columbia Scholastic Press Association award for her PSA on Teen Relationship Abuse. She sang a duet with Deborah Gibson on her birthday. She has worked as both a studio photographer and a chocolatier. And, she was voted Most Outgoing in 8th grade. Starring as “Joey Bishop” in “The Rat Pack Is Back!” Sun – Sat 7:30 pm in The Copa Room at Plaza Hotel & Casino – Downtown. Mickey grew up in San Francisco Bay area as youngest of three siblings.

Mickey’s father is an Italian immigrant jazz musician and Mickey’s Mom was a Croatian Seamstress. He attended American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Pasadena, CA and is an accomplished stand-up comedian and impressionist. Also Mickey is a Corporate speaker on stress management in the workplace and the author of “What Would Don Corleone Do?”

Michael Godard “Rock Star of the Art World” – #1 Selling Artist in the United States, guests on Las Vegas Backstage Talk radio show with Comedian Michele LaFong  on 1230AM in LV and The Web.

Born in So. Calif; attended Art Center College of Pasadena and studied art at UNLV. His art invites us into his lighthearted perspective of life that surrounds us, mirroring our lives through martinis with animated olives, drunken grapes, dancing strawberries, including his own vices of gambling and the good life. His work can be seen in galleries across the nation, including Oh My Godard Gallery inside the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood — Las Vegas.

Godard has two up-coming Art Shows at Sea- June 4th – June 15th- Canary Islands cruise on the Grand Princess and July 5th – July 17th- Greek Isles cruise on the Star Princess. He recently debuted his own line of signature slot machines with Aristocrat called “Rockin’ Olives” that can be found in hundreds of casinos across the country, as well as many Las Vegas casinos.
